KittoNote is a free online note-taking application that allows users to create, edit, and manage text notes directly in their web browser. All data is stored locally on the user's device.

You may not use KittoNote to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KittoNote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Data Loss

Since all notes are stored locally in your browser, KittoNote is not responsible for any data loss resulting from clearing browser data, browser updates, device changes, or any other reason. We strongly recommend regularly exporting important notes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
